§ 131.133 UNLAWFUL NEGLIGENT ACTIVATION OF ALARM SYSTEM.
   (A)   No person shall negligently activate a security alarm system or fire alarm system that is a false alarm.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable by a fine up to $1,000, plus restitution of a false alarm fee.
