§ 131.132 UNLAWFUL INTENTIONAL ACTIVATION OF ALARM SYSTEM.
   (A)   No person shall intentionally activate a security alarm system for the purpose of summoning the police when no burglary, robbery, or other crime dangerous to life or property is being committed or attempted on the premises.
   (B)   No person shall intentionally activate a fire alarm except to signal an actual emergency involving fire or other condition threatening human life or major property loss.
   (C)   A violation of division (A) or (B) above is punishable as a Class C misdemeanor, plus restitution of a false alarm fee.
