§ 112.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MEDICAL MARIJUANA FACILITY. Includes any facility that dispenses marijuana pursuant to O.R.S. 475.314 or any other provision of Oregon law.
