(A) The Supervisor may require additional improvements if, in the Supervisor's judgment, the additional improvements are necessary to protect the public safety, and to comply with Fire Code.
(B) The Supervisor may grant modifications from the standards of this subchapter provided all ofthe following conditions are met:
(1) The modification is required due to peculiar physical conditions at this location or due to special needs required by the nature of the business or operation;
(2) The modification would not compromise public safety or convenience;
(3) The granting ofthe modification will not adversely impact the rights of the adjacent property owners;
(4) The standards of this subchapter would apply unnecessary hardship upon the applicant.
