The applicant may request a temporary road approach and the following conditions will apply:
(A) All fees will be paid upon application;
(B) The road approach application permit identified the approach as a temporary road approach; and
(C) The maximum duration of use will be no more than 1 year; and
(D) The temporary road approach is completely uninstalled (i.e. returned to the original condition prior to the established deadline on the permit).
