§ 70.004 OREGON VEHICLE CODE ADOPTED.
   (A)   The city adopts the Oregon Vehicle Code as it is presently constituted and as it may be amended in the future.
   (B)   Violation of any provision of the Oregon Vehicle Code related to vehicular or pedestrian traffic is an offense against the city.
