Whenever any portion of this subchapter is violated, a citation may be issued by a police officer of the city, the Chief of the Fire Department or the Chief's assistant, or any other person designated to do so by the City Manager. That citation shall incur a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500, said fine to be considered and imposed by the Judge of the Municipal Court for the City of Rockaway Beach. Each day this subchapter is violated is a separate offense.
