§ 35.06 RECORDS RETENTION; PERSONS HIRED/APPOINTED.
   The written criminal history record of persons hired or appointed as an employee and/or volunteer will be retained by city's Human Resources Department or designated Human Resources employee as part of that individual's personnel and/or volunteer file in accordance with the requirements of city personnel policies and state law. Any release or destruction of such record shall be in accordance with the law.
