§ 35.05 RECORDS RETENTION; PERSONS NOT HIRED/APPOINTED.
   The written criminal history record of persons not hired or appointed as an employee and/or volunteer will be retained by city's Human Resources Department or designated Human Resources employee in accordance with the requirements of city personnel policies and state law and for a period of 3 years, unless otherwise required, and, thereafter, city shall then destroy the record.
