§ 151.072 PROTESTS AND OBJECTIONS; HOW MADE.
   Any person interested in, or affected by the proposed charge, may file written protests or objections with the County Clerk of Tillamook County at any time prior to the time set for the hearing on the report of the Director. Each protest or objection must contain a description of the property in which the signatory thereof is interested and the grounds of the protest or objection. The County Clerk of Tillamook County shall endorse on every protest or objection the date it was received. The County Clerk shall present the protest or objections to the Board of County Commissioners of Tillamook County, or the City Council, at the time set for the hearing, and no other protests or objections shall be considered.
