§ 131.122 SELLING OR PLEDGING PROPERTY OF INTOXICATED PERSONS.
   No person shall purchase pro person who is in an intoxicated condition or under the influence of any narcotic drug, or advance or loan money to the person, or have any dealings with any such person respecting the title of property.
