(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof in the municipal court of the city, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500, or suspension or revocation of business license, or by both a fine and suspension or revocation of business license.
(B) In addition to the penalties provided for in this section, and as separate and distinct remedies, the City of Rockaway Beach may sue in any court of competent jurisdiction to obtain judgement and force payment of any license fee due under this chapter.
