§ 93.06 CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS.
   All curbs within the City of Rockaway Beach, Oregon, shall conform to the official street grades and shall be uniform as to material, dimensions and distance from property lines along which they are built. All cement concrete curbs shall be built and constructed according to the specifications to be adopted by an ordinance of the city, and all curbing of whatever kind shall be constructed upon the lines or distances from the property lines along or in front of which they shall be established according to the width of roadway established or which may be hereafter established by the Council; provided, that nothing in this section or in this subchapter shall be construed to preclude the Council, in case of permanent street improvements, from providing a different method and manner of constructing curb lines along the proposed improvement.
