§ 91.31 DOGS CREATING A NUISANCE.
   Any dog which disturbs any person by frequent or prolonged noise shall be confined to the inside of the owner's residence or the residence of the person having the care, custody or possession of the dog. Any owner or person having the care, custody or possession of a dog and who has been notified of a complaint against the dog shall immediately bring the dog inside the residence of the person. Any person not taking immediate action shall be in violation of this subchapter.
