A dog shall be licensed and wear an identification tag indicating its owner's name, address and telephone number, and the tag shall be attached securely to a collar or harness on the dog. Any dog without identification will be impounded as a lost or unwanted dog. Licenses and tags shall be obtained by owners through the Rockaway City Hall.
