§ 91.18 DOGS WHICH ARE NUISANCES.
   A dog is a public nuisance if it:
   (A)   Bites a person;
   (B)   Habitually chases vehicles, bicyclists or other persons;
   (C)   Damages or destroys property of persons other than the owner of the dog;
   (D)   Scatters garbage or trash;
   (E)   Habitually trespasses on private property of persons other than the owner of the dog;
   (F)   Barking or whining that would disturb a reasonable person;
   (G)   Is a female in heat and running-at-large;
   (H)   Drinks from a public fountain; and
   (I)   Routinely impedes the entrance to public ways or buildings.
