§ 90.03 CAMPING ON BEACH; PROHIBITED.
   (A)   From and after the effective date of this section, no person shall camp upon any portion of the beach located within the city limits.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context indicates or requires a different meaning.
      CAMP and CAMPING. The setting up upon the beach a tent or other means of shelter with the intent to use the beach and tent or other means of shelter as a place for housing or shelter for a period of time.
   (C)   The erection of a tent or other shelter upon the beach shall be deemed prima facie evidence of the person's intent to use the tent or shelter as housing or for purposes of shelter.
