(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(2) The city may impose a fine of the greater of $200 per day per violation or the cost of any expense, loss, cost of repair or damage occasioned by the city, whichever is greater.
(3) The city shall have all other remedies available to it by law.
(4) Failure to pay all fines and costs in full shall result in termination of service.
(5) The city retains the right to discontinue service to any premise which violates provisions of §§ 53.01 et seq., public health and safety concerns or for any other reason the city feels is necessary for the health and safety of the city's residents and/or to protect the city's water system.

(C) Any person found violating §§ 53.50 et seq. of this chapter shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not more than $500 and each day of the violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
