§ 53.27 ACCESS TO PREMISES FOR INSPECTION AND REPAIR.
   Employees of the city Public Works Department shall have access, at reasonable and proper times, to consumer's exterior premises for the purpose of inspecting the condition of the pipes and fixtures and the manner in which the water is being used. The city shall have access to all water meters for the purpose of inspecting, repairing and reading all meters.
