§ 53.04 WATER USE BY APPLICANT.
   (A)   Any person or entity supplied with water provided by the City of Rockaway Beach shall use the water in accord with the generally accepted terms contained in the permit or application requested. Any additional use requires another permit and/or fee.
   (B)   The permittee may not supply water to any other user or entity.
