The owner of the structure shall provide and maintain mechanical and electrical facilities and equipment in compliance with these requirements. A person shall not occupy as owner-occupant or permit another person to occupy any premises which does not comply with the requirements of §§ 151.530, 151.531, 151.545 through 1511.549, 151.560 through 151.565, 151.580 through 151.1582, 151.595 through 151.597, 151.610, 151.611 and 151.625.
