The owner of the structure shall provide and maintain such plumbing facilities and plumbing fixtures in compliance with these requirements. A person shall not occupy as owner-occupant or permit another person to occupy any structure or premises which does not comply with the requirements of §§ 151.415, 151.416, 151.430 through 151.433, 151.455 through 151.458, 151.470 through 151.472, 151.485 through 151.488, 151.500, 151.501 and 151.515.
