§ 132.05 POSSESSION OF CANNABIS.
   (A)   Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
 
      CANNABIS. Any substance defined as cannabis in § 3 of the Illinois Cannabis Control Act, 720 ILCS 550/3.
      DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. Any object or device used, designed for use or intended for use in unlawfully ingesting, smoking, administering or storing cannabis. For the purposes of this section, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA includes, but is not limited to:
         (a)   Metal, wooden, plastic, glass, stone or ceramic pipes, with or without screens;
         (b)   Water pipes;
         (c)   Carburetion tubes and devices;
         (d)   Smoking and carburetion masks;
         (e)   Roach clips;
         (f)   Bongs; and
         (g)   One-hitters.
   (B)   Possession of cannabis prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person(s) to knowingly be in possession of any substance containing cannabis, except as set forth in the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act (410 ILCS 130/1 et seq.).
   (C)   Possession of drug paraphernalia prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person(s) to knowingly be in the possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to use it for the purpose of unlawfully ingesting, inhaling or otherwise introducing cannabis or a controlled substance into the human body.
