(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) (1) A violation of § 130.19 will result in the following fines:
(a) First offense: not less than $100; and
(b) Subsequent offenses: not less than $250.
(2) A separate and distinct offense is deemed committed each day such violation continues.
