§ 130.22 SMOKING PROHIBITED IN VILLAGE BUILDINGS.
   No person shall use any tobacco products in any village building or structure, built for the support, shelter or enclosure of persons, animals, chattel or property of any kind and which is permanently affixed to the ground and which is owned or maintained by the village, but does not include any picnic shelters located in a public park system.
