§ 114.05 INVESTIGATION OF APPLICANT.
   (A)   Verification of information. The Village Clerk shall promptly submit the complete application to the Police Department for verification.
   (B)   Police Department. The Police Department shall complete the verification and investigation in no more than 30 days.
