§ 94.016 RESPONSIBILITY.
   (A)   The owner of the premises shall provide and maintain such fire safety facilities and equipment in compliance with these requirements.
   (B)   A person shall not occupy as owner-occupant or permit another person to occupy any premises that do not comply with the requirements of §§ 94.015, 94.016, 94.030 through 94.033, 94.045, 94.046, 94.060 through 94.063 and 94.075.
