§ 91.999 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(B) Any person who refuses to comply with the regulations regarding disposal contained in §§ 91.075 through 91.077 shall be fined as provided by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances, and the fine shall be in addition to any costs provided in § 91.077.
