(A) At the direction of the Trustee of Public Health and Safety, the costs of removing any materials not in compliance with this subchapter shall be assessed to the person who is responsible for such materials.
(B) Any charge by the village for employees of the village used to remove any materials in violation of this subchapter shall be a charge of $75 per hour with a two hour minimum.
