§ 154.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each violation, and each day such violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   Any person who violates § 154.116(G) shall be fined $100 per day, which may be issued by the Code Officer.

   (C)   If hazardous, or visual impacting glare, lamp source or reflection is determined and corrections are not completed or a valid reason not given within five days in violation of § 154.118, a fine of $100 per day shall be issued per violation until the corrections are made.

   (D)   If corrective action is not completed within 45 days, a fine of up to $100 per day per violation shall be issued for violation of § 154.123.

   (E)   Failure to comply with § 154.129 shall constitute a fine of $250 per day until required submittal of information is received.

   (F)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 154.160 through 154.162 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $750 nor less than $500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
