(A) A change in use of existing business or property shall require a submittal of drawings clearly indicating a change in the existing site development as it pertains to entrances, parking, exterior lighting, building footprint, exterior storage, landscaping, or as requested by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
(B) Failure to comply with this section shall constitute a fine of $250 per day until required submittal of information is received.
