That certain document, one copy of which is on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, being marked and designated as the “Rochester Subdivision Control Ordinance,” as prepared by the Rochester Plan Commission, be and is hereby adopted as the Subdivision Control Ordinance or Subdivision Regulations of the city; for the establishment of reasonable standards and procedures for subdivisions and re-subdivisions as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, amendments and terms of said Subdivision Control Ordinance are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section.
