§ 115.25 LICENSE REVOCATION.
   A transient merchant's license may be revoked by the Mayor after notice and hearing, for any of the following reasons:
   (A)   Fraud, misrepresentation, or false statement contained in the license application.
   (B)   Fraud, misrepresentation, or false statement made in the course of carrying on business as a transient merchant.
   (C)   Violation of this chapter.
   (D)   Conviction of any crime or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.
   (E)   Conducting of such business in an unlawful manner so as to constitute a breach of the peace or to constitute a menace to the health, safety or general welfare of the public.
   (F)   Attempting to solicit from, or conducting business with, the occupant of a home displaying a sign prohibiting solicitation.
