(A) The granting of a transient merchant’s license shall in no way be interpreted as a recommendation for any article or thing, tangible or intangible, which such merchant may have to offer the public.
(B) The granting of a transient merchant’s license shall entitle the licensee to transact business from the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
