§ 115.17 SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION TO POLICE.
   Before a transient merchant's license is issued, the applicant shall give the Police Department that same information that he gave to the Clerk-Treasurer, and he shall give the Police Department a photograph of himself and allow the police to fingerprint him.
