§ 97.26 TERM OF OFFICE.

The term of office for each of the persons appointed to the City Tree Board shall be three years, with no more than two Board member terms to expire in the same year. In the event of a vacancy the Mayor, with the approval of the Common Council, shall appoint a member to complete the term of office vacated.
