§ 97.11 REMOVAL OF TREES BY PRIVATE CITIZENS PROHIBITED.

Private citizens shall not remove any street trees without the written authorization from the Tree Board. Street trees removed without authorization shall constitute a violation of this chapter subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
