§ 97.01 TREE CLASSIFICATION.
   All trees located in public areas of the city shall be classified as follows:
   STREET TREES. All trees, shrubs, bushes, or other woody vegetation located on land lying between the property lines on either side of all streets within the city.
   PARK TREES. All trees, shrubs, bushes, or other woody vegetation located in public parks or other areas owned and maintained by the city.
