(A) The Board of Park Commissioners shall be allowed to erect a sign with rules established by the Board of Park Commissioners for the structure known as Manitou Mountain, located at Rochester City Park.
(B) The rules shall be posted on a sign located at the entrance to Manitou Mountain.
(C) The rules posted in accordance with divisions (A) and (B) of this section shall be considered to have the same force and effect as a Rochester City Ordinance.
(D) The Rochester City Police shall have the power to enforce the violation of the rules as a violation of this section.
(E) The Rochester City Police shall have the power to order any and or all persons in violation of this section to leave the Rochester City Park.
(F) Failure to leave Rochester City Park upon the request of any Rochester City Police Officer shall be considered a trespass and be allowed to be punished as such.
