It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to erect a tent, shed, stand or other types of buildings, or to mark or lay out any ground for the purpose of playing games without permission of the Park Board. It shall be unlawful to deface or destroy, in any manner, park equipment or structures located in any and all property under the jurisdiction of the Park Board. Penalty will be at the discretion of the Rochester Police Chief and or the State Court System.
