§ 95.27 REFUSE DISPOSAL.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit any garbage, refuse or trash on the grounds of the city parks and property of the Park Board. All garbage, refuse and trash shall be deposited in receptacles provided and designated for that purpose.
