      (2)   Twenty-five miles per hour. All other streets located within the city limits and over which the city has exclusive jurisdiction.
   (B)   The speed limit for motor vehicles traveling upon the alleys within the city limits shall be ten miles per hour.
   (C)   The speed limit for motor vehicles traveling upon roadways within the boundaries of any city park area shall be 15 miles per hour; the speed limit for motor vehicles traveling upon city streets within 500 feet of any city park, where the street runs adjacent to any park or is utilized as a means of ingress or egress thereto shall be 20 miles per hour.
