§ 73.01 MANNER OF RIDING BICYCLES ON SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   Whenever a person is riding a bicycle upon a sidewalk that person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall give audible signal before overtaking and passing the pedestrian.
   (B)   On Main Street, between Sixth Street and Ninth Street no person shall ride a bicycle, roller skates, inline skates, or skateboard upon a sidewalk; operators in such areas shall walk bicycles while traveling on sidewalks. Violations of this section shall result in the forfeiture to the Police Department of the bicycle, roller skates, inline skates, or skateboard involved for not less than seven days or more than 14 days.
