The area in which water mains are to be constructed for service to the residents thereof is described as follows: The area set forth on sheets 1 through 31 of the plans and specifications heretofore prepared by Philip L. Schnelker, Inc. of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and dated April 7, 1987, as the plans and specifications apply to the Lake Manitou area, being the area covered by sheets 1 through 31 of Contract B of the plans and specifications. The plans and specifications are made a part of this subchapter by reference as fully as if they were attached hereto and incorporated herein and the plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the city and are available for public inspection.
