§ 52.104 DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE FOR NONPAYMENT.
   (A)   When the Water Board orders the water of any consumer shut off for nonpayment of charges, the supply shall not again be turned on until the consumer shall pay all charges due and in addition pay a turn-on charge in the sum of $50. However, this sum shall be $75 if the consumer’s service has been shut off one time in the previous 12 months and $200 if the consumer has been shut off two or more times in the previous 12 months. The delinquency hereinbefore mentioned shall be held and construed to mean any and all bills due the waterworks from the consumer whether the bills shall arise from the occupancy of the same or different premises.
   (B)   The past due notice threshold shall be $10.
   (C)   Upon learning that an account exists in the name of a deceased consumer, the Water Department may send a letter to the occupant(s) of the property receiving service, notifying the occupant(s) that service will be disconnected if a new account is not created for service to the property within a reasonable time, as determined by the Water Board.
