§ 52.034 FORFEITURE OR REVOCATION OF REGISTRATION OF PLUMBER.
   (A)   In addition to any other penalty provided by law, any plumber violating the bylaws, rules or regulations which have been established by the city for the government of the waterworks shall forfeit his registration; and upon the discovery of any such violation the Mayor shall immediately revoke his registration and the plumber will be prohibited from doing any further work in connection with the waterworks until full satisfaction has been rendered in the way of paying all penalties prescribed by the bylaws for such violation and satisfactory assurance given that in the future no violations of the bylaws, rules or regulations of the waterworks will be committed by the plumber and until his registration has been reinstated by the Mayor.
   (B)   The forfeiture or revocation of the registration of any plumber who is a member of or employed by a corporation or firm, shall operate as to affect all other members of the firm or corporation alike, and no separate registration shall be issued to any person interested in or employed by the firm or corporation so long as the offending plumber is a member of or employed by the firm or corporation.
