§ 52.028 CLOSING CORPORATION STOP AND TURNING WATER OFF.
   Any plumber who has made any connection with a water service pipe leading to a water main, made any addition thereto, added or changed any fixture or done any other work by which water is to be conveyed into any fixture or done any other work by which water is to be used, or can be used, after turning and leaving the water on sufficiently long to test the work, must close the corporation stop at the tree line and leave the water turned off and immediately make his return to the Superintendent of the Waterworks Department. The failure to do so shall be grounds to revoke his registration.
