§ 52.026 REPAIR BY CITY; LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES FROM TURNING WATER ON OR OFF.
   The Waterworks Department will not make any repair work nor attempt to drain any plumbing and shall not be responsible for any damage done to property due to turning on or turning off the water; where pipes needing draining or which are out of order the consumer shall assume full responsibility for draining or repairs.
