§ 52.022 REGISTERED PLUMBER TO MAKE ATTACHMENTS WITH MAIN PIPES; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to make any attachments to water service connected with the main pipes of the waterworks, or make any addition or alteration of any kind to tap, pipe, cock or other fixture connected with the pipe supply to consumers from the waterworks unless he is a plumber registered with the Clerk-Treasurer; provided however, that nothing in this section shall authorize a plumber to make any attachments, alterations, additions or do any other work in connection with or for the purpose of supplying water from the waterworks without the required permit.
