§ 97.13 TREE PLANTING BY PRIVATE CITIZENS.
   The provisions of this chapter shall not prohibit the planting of street trees by adjacent property owners or prevent the planting of trees in park areas or other public areas of the city by individuals; however, any street trees shall be planted only in accordance with §§ 97.02 through 97.06, and any park trees shall be planted only by special written permission of the City Park Board, which special permission shall designate the areas and types of trees to be planted.
